Cancellation Policy

I value your time and energy as well as mine, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To ensure I am able to accommodate all guests fairly, The City Coyote cancellation guidelines are as follows: *I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment adjustments or cancelations. *Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% service fee. *No-show guests or guests who miss their appointment without notice will be charged up to 100% of scheduled service costs.
